1. The service

AI Coach is a platform of skills, an MCP server marketplace, an MCP server (this site, at /api/mcp/v1), a planned ACP CLI, and a set of nano apps. Use of any surface is subject to these terms.

2. Account

Sign in via GitHub. You're responsible for keeping your API keys safe. We provide per-key spend caps and a revoke flow — use them.

3. Paid features and wallet

Pay-as-you-go top-ups via Stripe. Failed paid calls auto-refund. Bonus credit on bulk top-ups is non-refundable but counts toward usage. We can't reverse a top-up after credit is consumed.

4. LLM-provider data flow

When you call a model via AI Coach, your prompt is forwarded to the upstream provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) through Cloudflare AI Gateway. Each provider has its own data retention and training policies, summarized at /privacy. AI Coach does not train models on your data.

5. Acceptable use

• No automated abuse / scraping that ignores rate limits.
• No content that violates upstream provider policies (CSAM, weapons, etc.).
• No re-selling AI Coach API access without a written agreement.

6. Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, with refund for unconsumed wallet credit pro-rated.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is. AI Coach isn't liable for indirect damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

Material changes will be announced via the changelog and email if you've subscribed to product updates. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
